FOOD PANTRY UPDATE
Contactless Curbside Pick-Up:
If you have an appointment and are arriving by car, please call the pantry at 734-484-9945 when you arrive.
We will ask your vehicle description and where you’re parked. A volunteer will bring out your order and place it in the trunk. Please make sure your trunk has space cleared. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
If taking the bus or arriving by foot, please pick up normally at the side loading deck.
Pantry Walk-Ins:
Walk-ins/ folks without an appointment should also check in at the side door/loading deck (off of North Street). People without an appointment will receive all pre-bagged groceries.
How do I sign up for an appointment?
The online form to schedule an appointment is updated every week based on what food we have at the pantry. The appointment scheduler opens at Mondays at 5 PM and closes on Tuesdays at Noon: bit.ly/sospantrysignup
If you need assistance scheduling your appointment, please call the pantry at 734-484-9945 between the hours of 9 AM to Noon on Tuesdays.
When is the food pantry open?
The pantry is open Tuesdays from 1 PM- 6:30 PM and Wednesdays from 9 AM- 1:00 PM.

The blue octagon house at 114 N. River St. Ypsilanti, MI 48198. 
How often can I come to the pantry?
Each family can visit the pantry once per week.
Who can visit the food pantry?
Anyone! You do not have to be a Washtenaw County resident. There are no income requirements or ID requirements. SOS does collect self-reported, basic demographic information for our funders.
Can I pick up food for my friend or neighbor?
Yes. Families can pick up for another family, but you will need to give head of household’s full name, address, and birth date. To keep things running smoothly, you can pick up for 1 or 2 additional families.
