With summer coming to an end, SOS bids farewell to our summer intern, Eden Fisher. This summer, Eden has worked as an intern in SOS’s Development Department. She has helped to maintain SOS’s social media platforms by creating compelling and interesting content to share with our supporters. In addition, she helped to create digital graphics in preparation for a fall online campaign, organized the agency’s archives, and assisted with writing proposals. In December, Eden will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Eastern Michigan University. When Eden was asked to describe her internship, she said, “I received more knowledge, experience, and appreciation for the community than I could have imagined from my time at SOS. I have very thankful for the opportunity and experience SOS has given me this summer.”
